Dru Kosco
I’m Dru Kosco, owner of Kosco Insurance Agency, and I’ve had the privilege of serving clients in the insurance industry for over 32 years. My journey into insurance is deeply rooted in family — my father, Andy “Pudge” Kosco, began his career in the industry in 1975, and after completing my own professional baseball career, I followed in his footsteps by joining him in 1993.
Before insurance, baseball was my world. I attended both Florida State University and Ball State University, and I was fortunate enough to spend five years playing professional baseball with the Seattle Mariners organization. The discipline, teamwork, and commitment that baseball instilled in me continue to guide the way I run our agency today.
Family has always been at the heart of everything I do. I’ve been married to my wife, Nicole, for 31 years, and together we’ve raised three wonderful children — Andrew, Cole, and Chloe. That personal commitment to family is what drives my passion for helping others protect what matters most.

I’m Czara Richards, a licensed insurance agent at Kosco Insurance Agency, and I’m proud to serve the community I call home. Born and raised in Struthers, I’ve always believed in the power of strong relationships, giving back, and supporting the people around me — values that guide both my personal life and my work every day.
I’m married to my husband, Keith, and together we’re raising three incredible kids: Kayleigh, Bubba, and Cece. Family means everything to me, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping others protect what matters most in their own lives.
I entered the insurance industry in 2024 and quickly found my calling in building meaningful, long-term relationships with our clients. Whether in the office or out in the community, my heart for service shows up through my work with families, coaching, volunteering, and supporting local families through the nonprofit I founded in 2024.
